“Received 3 out of the 4 items I've ordered, after sending an email to ask why I had not received it, still awaiting the 4th item though, just a shame I had to ask by email & communication beforehand would have helped, still waiting for a date for the 4th item, but never get delivery date information from the courier, which is not helpful at all. Don't really understand why the 4th item taken so long, when it states on the website in stock.”

“My Experience was good overall. I do need to contact the company, because they did not send enough spacers for the brackets, so I had to fit the opposite brackets out of line to make the retractable screen pull out and lock even and flat. That said it is a nice product, and I like the idea of supplying an extra set of brackets so the gate can moved from one opening to another, ie from the top of the stairs, down to the Kitchen doorway.”

“Fast dispatch of a product. Baby gate is ok. Not very sturdy, bottom bolt does not hold at all. Will hopefully do the job till little one can handle stairs a bit better.”

“Unfortunately the product I brought was faulty and also did not do as stated but that is solely the manufacturer and not Oliver’s issue. They have a 4/5 despite this because of the amazing customer care I received from Abi and can’t fault them there nor would I want to. I would definitely shop with them again.”

“Delivered very quickly and safely Works perfectly Only critique is because it is designed for 48/52 screen there is quite a overhang as modern tv's dont have wide edge My tv is 50 inch”
