“Excellent service on telephone, no problems with delivery - unfortunately information provided by manufacturer was incorrect and hence had to return. Nevertheless, this was a simple process by telephone and email.”

“I had been looking for the Chicco next to me Magic Crib. This was the best price that I found anywhere and the bundle deal was great value. Delivery was quick, albeit we had an issue with this. The issue was rectified quickly. I have already recommend to friends.”

“The swaddle blanket we ordered for our 7 week old baby is perfect. Since using it the last two nights she has slept so much better, let's hope this continues! The price was really reasonable and included free postage so a real bargain. Thank you”

“Dispatched the next day however I was under the impression the expedited delivery would include the weekend and it didn’t, which left me stuck. The item was delivered in its box, no wrapping for protection...I’m glad it wasn’t something that would be affected by water damage!”

“Online chat staff was fantastic in helping me find the right gate as my door frame is very small. The gate fitted perfectly but the locking mechanism was broken. The company was great to communicate with and gave me a full refund.”
