“I managed to find a lovely lovely dress which I bought. But the top on the window which attracted me to the shop in first place they didn’t have on my size. I found the shop to small for the amount of things it has making it look to cluttered and the shopping experience not as good as it could be. If you could get a store as big as your one on Victoria station then you could have the same amount of items on sale and still have a good experience. I still want to buy the white Broderie anglaise shirt.”

“Store is crowded with products, seeming unorganised. Also staff did not acknowledge me until I was at the till with my items. However i must say the products are always good quality”

“The customer service was excellent and swift delivery was experienced. However, one of the earrings had a loose stone, which fell out and had to be superglued back in. Shame as they were very pretty.”

“OB need to review their delivery methods - don’t mark a tall box with arrows to signify it was to be kept upright - then have Hermes deliver it- who use cars to deliver the parcels and it had to lie down. Consequently the plant was squashed/bent over at the top . I managed to straighten it out but did not expect to do this for a £60 plant from what I thought was a reputable company. Won’t order again as who has time to faff about sending goods back”
