“Great service and quality, have used these cig a like products for some time now, when my original brand moved to Vape only Recently had a problem with two new batteries, but staff were very happy to help and replaced them immediately and without hesitation. Service is prompt and pleasant, always delivered promptly too."”

“Excellent service I had a problem with one of the batteries I ordered it wouldn't work so I emailed them I got a reply within 24hrs with instructions to say a replacement battery would be sent out with a envelope to post the the original back to them this was all completed within 48hrs .So thank you to Callum Timms at Customer Support for the speed and efficiency that was shown”
