“Better updating of my order status required. Especially around Christmas ordered 11/12 but not dispatched until 22/12”

The advise production time on your T-shirt was 7 working days which was listed in the product description before you placed the order. “Good website, very easy to check out with shop pay. Price was okay and nice to have 10% off with first order. Made to order made shipping time a little on the slow side, only downside.”

“Really love this company and was glad to receive my products on time. The only little downside is that the artists logo and barcode on the wrapping paper is rather large and looks unsightly if left on or cut out. I think my order was delivered on time even with all the Royal Mail chaos. I also love the box that my delivery was packaged in. Its size means that it can double up as a laptop base if I'm sitting on my bed! If there was more Ohh Deer printing on the box it would be great extra marketing for the company.”

“Good products but the courier left the box outside in the pouring rain without even seeing if we were in. It fell apart as I picked it up! Luckily the goods were ok inside. Had no idea who delivered it but you should complain.”

“Card is lovely and unique. However, I paid the extra to have the card handwritten expecting it to be done really nicely. My 15 year old son could have done the same handwriting. Wish I'd decided to write it myself. Although technically neat it's not the greatest. Customer service is great and the card as I said is lovely. Just minus a star unfortunately for having to pay the extra for mediocre handwriting with an average ballpoint pen.”

“There was fault with this product unfortunately (the stitching had come undone). I contacted customer services and they responded straight away, issuing a refund as the product was out of stock so they were unable to send out a new item. It was my first purchase from Ohh Deer and I would be happy to buy from them again as even though there was a problem with my order they resolved it quickly without any hassle.”

“I had hoped to use my artful vouchers and when I realised I couldn’t I did take a lot out of the basket. Nice items, although some of the card themes are a little too niche. I also bought the stocking filter set a while ago which was brilliant.”

“This is the first time I have ordered, I was referred by a friend. I ordered two pads and a pack of pencils. The quality is very good but the pencils case it came in was dirty.”

“Quality and appearance of the products are wonderful. Most of the items are very useful- especially love the cards. My only complaint is too many planners - they are beautiful but not useful if we already have a calendar system. Ended up gifting the garden diary to another papergang customer.. Overall very happy with the service but perhaps have fewer planners or a ‘no planner’ option.”
