“Order arrived, but as I ordered greeting cards and paper wrap, I find they were not very much protected in the box. One card and its enveloppe have a corner a bit folded. Maybe pit them in a bigger enveloppe?”

“My first package disappeared and I got only the letter. However, Ohh Deer replaced my order free of charge and I got it soon enough to be a birthday present instead of a Christmas present. I really appreciate this gesture and highly recommend them! :)”

“Very disappointing - my parcel was barely sealed and completely inadequate for the contents. The dinosaur bauble was therefore completely shattered when I opened the cardboard envelope.”
