“Love my planner, the maushaus illo is perfect! Only downside is that the package arrived torn open. The planner wasn’t damaged fortunately but I think thicker cardboard book mailers would make sure nothing gets damaged. ✌️”

“I was sent a load of cards I didn’t order and none of the ones I did , the wrapping paper was also wrong and two items were missing. I did mail the help address and got one reply asking for photos of the cards I’d been sent. I duly took photos and haven’t heard a word since. The service is horrendous on all counts. Never again.”

“The mystery Christmas card bundle was a total bargain! Not a duff one in the whole pile, I think I’ll be first to post all my cards this year just to show off! Great service, great packaging. Very happy to recommend and hopefully use again.”
