“Your company is truly amazing. Heather helps a lot on customer service and she’s just great. She’s so helpful, understanding and personable. It’s hard to differentiate between humans and robots / AI these days but Heather is clearly human 🤣 and really goes the extra mile. I just love your company and hope it continues for a long time. It’s dangerous for me because I buy from you every time I see an offer email. I get all my stationary and cards etc. from you. I’m gutted papergang subscriptions stopped but understand. Hope the business continues for a long time. One of my fave retail websites! It has such a human touch compared to other websites and can tell it’s a close team who only recruits the best.”

“Cards are excellent however delivery was too slow. I did receive notification that they would be late but I had to purchase from a store so as not to miss birthdays which was a shame.”
