“The planner and cards are lovely and exactly what I hoped for. The pens aren't great (already failing). The package took too long to arrive (and not because of customs, it actually cleared customs fairly quickly), which was particularly worse because I paid for premium shipping. It was not premium.”

“I have been following papergang for years and don’t think there is any other stationary subscription box done so nicely. I was waiting to finally finish my studies to start subscribing but unfortunately, they had to stop the production! So, I decided to buy 5 boxes as it would be my last chance of getting them. The experience was great! I got my boxes wrapped in a large paper envelope, it should have probably been wrapped in a padded material or a bigger box. But even if one of them was a bit damaged in the corner, most of them were in perfect condition. And the items inside are all intact, despite the one box that was a bit damaged. I don’t really mind though because I ordered from Canada, so it was bound to happen. I did not need to interact with their customer service, so I cannot speak on that point.”
