“Exactly as I thought they would be apart from the A4 geometric, I thought this would have more pages.”

“Had to return the order unfortunately as it look 7 working days to arrive, 9 days total from my order date so didn’t arrive in time. When emailing about its whereabouts, staff were very rude and unhelpful. Card was lovely but very small, not worth £4 with it being about 12cm. Not easy to return, had to pay for postage myself when the return was no fault of my own - it didn’t arrive in the expected and advertised amount of time.”

Hi, Thank you for your review! Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We are so, so sorry to hear this. This is definitely not the experience we want you to have with us, and we completely understand why you’re disappointed. As we have none of your order details from the review, can you please reach out to the team directly on help@ohhdeer.com, so we can check the date of arrival of your order. If outside of the estimated transit time, for the service paid for, we will of course be willing to refund any postage paid. We pride ourselves on being a friendly bunch, so hearing that our response felt rude and unhelpful is genuinely gutting. We're raising this directly with our support team to look into what went wrong with your email thread and ensure we do much better. We try to list all dimensions clearly on our product pages so there are no surprises. We are so sorry for the delay, the return hassle, and the frustrating interaction. Please reach back out to us with your order number and return postage receipt so we can get that shipping cost sorted for you right away. We hope to see you again soon! Thank you, The Ohh Deer Team

“Very slow delivery compared with other card companies that I use. Cards were ok’ish and expensive for what they were. I won’t be ordering from here again.”

Hi, Thank you for your review! Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We always aim to get our quirky cards delivered at top speed, and we're really sad that we missed the mark on both delivery and the extra sparkle you were expecting from the cards themselves. We pride ourselves on creating fun, high-quality bits that make people smile, so hearing that they felt a little pricey for what arrived hurts our tiny paper hearts! We do hope to see you again in the future! Thank you, The Ohh Deer Team
