“Items dispatched promptly, arrived in ok condition as I think it could have been packed better to avoid damage as the corners to some cards and softcover notebooks arrived a bit nicked where they've tossed around loose in packaging and due to the collective weight of the package it caused the packaging to rip a bit, if it had been any worse I would have lost everything. Anyway, products themselves are lovely and I've stocked up on lovely little cards for the next year! Maybe send in a padded envelope or letterbox "large letter" cardboard box”

You’ve raised a fantastic point about the weight causing issues inside a standard envelope. We are actually looking into sturdier options like padded envelopes and cardboard boxes to keep larger orders safe and snug. “The delivery time was good, however one item was not included in the parcel. The card 'Lets get day drunk' was not included but as the cards were so cheap I'm not worried about it missing. Everything else as usual was excellent.”

“Delivery packaging isn't strong enough. I often receive this that are slightly bent or scuffed because they are in an envelope rather that a box.”

“Good but...only 3 of my four cards (at 5p each - what a bargain!) arrived. The fourth item was replaced by a hardback notebook that I had neither ordered nor paid for. Customer services were quick to respond to my query and told me to keep the notebook; they also offered to replace the missing card, an offer that I declined. So the problem was dealt with promptly and politely and I profited from the deal, but the fact remains that someone somewhere couldn't put four cards into an envelope!”

“Good service, although Royal Mail postage does take a long time and quite often the hardback notebooks have scars/ indentation on them due to handling. I've also had ripped parcels from ohh deer before with items missing and an apology sticker from Royal Mail (I never reported this because I was incredibly busy at the time and caring for both of my elderly parents - no beef here just explaining how it happened) asking me to contact the postal service to see if they could track the items down. The use of Royal Mail postal service is the only negative for me with ohh deer/paper gang. For more expensive items/ larger stationery orders (Christmastime - presents and cards for friends where i always get everyone stationery) I would shop elsewhere because of damage in transit to previous orders.”

Hearing that you enjoy the service overall is greatly appreciated, but it is disappointing to learn how severely transit issues with Royal Mail have impacted your orders. Receiving damaged notebooks or torn packages with missing items is frustrating, especially when you are buying stationery meant to be enjoyed or given as gifts. It is completely understandable why caring for your parents took priority at the time, but please know that even if an issue occurred in the past, customer support is always happy to look into it and make things right. Feedback regarding carrier performance and packaging protection—particularly for hardback notebooks and larger seasonal orders—is taken very seriously. Notes regarding transit damage are being shared directly with the logistics team to evaluate how packaging can be reinforced to better protect items against rough handling. If you would be open to sharing your order details via customer support (help@ohhdeer.com), the team would welcome the opportunity to help resolve the issue with your damaged and missing items and ensure your future orders arrive in the condition they should. “I'm very happy with the items I received and love your products. I did get a little worried when they took so long to be delivered as I thought they could have gone astray, but we're talking about Royal Mail here and they're pretty inefficient! I did try to track my parcel on their website but apparently they're unable to give any tracking information until after the first attempted delivery. A bit counter productive if you don't know when that's going to be 😂”
