“Cards ok but as they are smaller than expected they are more like note cards than special occasion cards. Bought the same designs from Papier as I like E Frances artwork and their cards of the same design were cheaper and a third bigger.”

Hi Patricia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We are glad you enjoy the E. Frances designs, but we are genuinely sorry to hear that the size and pricing did not meet your expectations for a special occasion card. We love collaborating with artists like E. Frances, and we take pride in offering unique formats. That said, we know how disappointing it is when a product feels different in hand than expected. We list our card dimensions on each product page, but we appreciate your note on how they compare in size and value—it helps us look at how we can present these details even more clearly on our site. If there is anything else we can do to help make things right, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team directly. We truly appreciate your support and your honest review! Thank you, The Ohh Deer Team
