“It arrived perfectly but had no wrapping and the shipping label is stuck on the box, making it unsuitable for a gift where I don't want the recipient to know my address! I understand it's more ecofriendly, but maybe a label that peels off could be considered instead? It definitely puts me off purchasing again.”
