We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

What makes us unique is our incredible roster of over 100 talented creatives based around the world who we work with to bring you all these amazing products! We support every artist we work with, with a share of the revenue going directly to them.

“Fantastic products but the items took over 3 weeks to arrive and I had to phone customer support and I had problems getting through to them which was frustrating. The items should have been dispatched sooner. Once the items were sent out for delivery it arrived on time.”

“I bought 2 art boxes for my daughter who has mental health problems. I didn’t want to open them to check the contents for pencil sharpeners as she uses them for self harm, so I sent an email asking if they contained any. I explained the reason but as yet haven’t had a reply. ☹️”

“I always buy my greeting cards from Ohh Deer now. It’s the first place I go to before going elsewhere. There is a good choice, although I wished they did a few more child friendly birthday cards.”

“The card itself was great. Also quick delivery. However, no envelope was sent with the card to gift it to my husband… only the posted envelope addressed to me. Having purchased from other online card retailers before, I’ve always been sent an extra envelope. Also, no response from custom services when I queried this, so that was disappointing.”

Hi Jodie, We're glad to hear you enjoyed the card design, however we do apologise for any confusion caused by the shipment of the card. We currently offer either to add an extra envelope to the order or have it without this extra envelope. The choice can be made by the customer when using the drop down provided on the product page, on this occasion we can see your drop down selection was no extra envelope for this order. “I have enjoyed all the packages from Ohh Deer. I paused my stationary subscription because I wasn't keeping up with using all the items. The only complaint I have is that the various sticky pads don't stick very well.”

“Some pastels (chalks) arrived broken. It could be nice to have an explanation of the product and examples/ ideas on how you can use it. Not everyone is creative :)”

“I loved everything but the things you swapped, I only ever need bottle xmas bags. You swapped the 3 I ordered for horrible bigger ones that are no good to me, I would have rather had my money back if you didn't have the stock, you gave a refund on a Christmas card so why not the bottle bags?”
