We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

What makes us unique is our incredible roster of over 100 talented creatives based around the world who we work with to bring you all these amazing products! We support every artist we work with, with a share of the revenue going directly to them.

“Beautiful card, love the illustration. Delivery was so slow though and it arrived after the occasion. Ordered on a Sunday afternoon, chose express delivery said 2-3 days, arrived Friday after I emailed to chase it up and had been dispatched that day. So wasn’t really “express”.”

Our processing times for all orders on Express and standard is 1-5 working days in which once your parcel is dispatched you'll be notified via email. In this case your parcel was dispatched within 2 working days from purchase and arrived on the 3rd working day for delivery as advised in our shipping info online. We do however apologise if this FAQ information wasn't clear when you placed your order. “Very good apart from the packaging. I thought the pretty box contained a box with the inks so I opened it in order to gift wrap for my grand daughter. Only then did I see that the pretty box was the entire starter set but it was covered in labels and Fedex labels which wrecked the look of the gift! Why oh why did you not put the box in a jiffy bag for delivery?”

We strive to reduce our packaging wastage as a company and have designed our Artful and Papergang boxes with this in mind, where the outer box is sealed and ready for transport without the addition of extra packaging wastage. However we are sorry if this was disappointing on delivery. “Fantastic products but the items took over 3 weeks to arrive and I had to phone customer support and I had problems getting through to them which was frustrating. The items should have been dispatched sooner. Once the items were sent out for delivery it arrived on time.”

“I bought 2 art boxes for my daughter who has mental health problems. I didn’t want to open them to check the contents for pencil sharpeners as she uses them for self harm, so I sent an email asking if they contained any. I explained the reason but as yet haven’t had a reply. ☹️”
