“Products gorgeous and price in the sale was brilliant! Would be 5 stars but the cards being loose in a letterbox-box with my cute little post-its meant the post-its got a bit bashed and separated.”

“Disappointed that most of what I ordered was out of stock, so I ended up with a £2.50 delivery charge for 2 small post-it pads and a birthday card. Had I been given the option, I'd have cancelled the whole thing, rather than just had such a small delivery.”

“A great sale offer resulted in a bulk load of cards being delivered meaning I am set for pretty much most occasions including some early Christmas cards. Great quality card stock, cute greetings and swift delivery- I was impressed”

“A couple of items I ordered were missing due to stock issues, but I was issued a refund for them quickly. Everything else arrived well packed and is of good quality. I'm really loving the neon watercolour!”

“Got a couple of mystery card boxes. They sent a selection for almost any occasion! In my opinion there were too many cards for pride related occasions: don't get me wrong, I support the LGBTQIA+ community, but statistically I just won't send as many cards as I've recieved. I think I actually recieved more pride cards than birthday cards, which would have been more useful. But I guess it is a clearance sale! The 'male birthday' cards were a little unimaginative, lots of fishing cards, sports cards, you're going bald cards. But there were a lot of really funny and sweet cards. Loved the designs, especially Gemma Correll. Overall excellent value for money.”

“Very pleased with the products, but was advised they would arrive on the Friday and they didn't arrive until the following Tuesday. Obviously didn't spoil the quality of the product, just the anticipation!”

“The products are as always fabulous and I’ve been a customer for a long time and have never been let down. The only issue is the postage charge of £5 which in my opinion is a little much. If they offered free postage, I’d be buying a lot more.”

“All of the items I ordered arrived well within the delivery window and I was notified at each stage of the delivery (confirmation, dispatch, etc). Also in the package were a couple of extras to go with my order, including a pencil holder and rubber which I hadn't added to my order. The only reason I haven't given 5* is because one of the items I ordered (navy colour planner) was packaged on top of a notebook with a lighter coloured cover and this has rubbed the darker colour onto the notebook cover, which I plan to give to a friend as part of her birthday gifts. All being said, they're a great company and have good quality products - maybe just need to rethink which items go into the parcel first or have a sheet of tissue between items to prevent the transfer of cover colours.”
