“Loved the cards but it took a week to come”

“Prompt delivery and very clear website. I bought this card as a perfect picture for my family who had a well deserved week away on holiday while I continue my recovery after brain surgery and a 5 month hospital stay. Seriously though, I have to say that your website is so easy to navigate which is appreciated as my IT and cognitive skills are taking time to recover”

“The first parcel was lost. Thankfully the person from your customer support was super helpful and the replacement was sent out asap. However, the parcel was so poorly packed & handled that I received 1 out of 3 pens. 2 out of them just fell out somewhere in transit.”

“This was the exact same bunch of cards I ordered half a year ago, even though there was a huge time gap between the orders and the promo was re-uploaded months after the previous one. Had someone stated that these would be the exact same cards that I got last time - I wouldn't have bothered.”
