“Excellent staff & extremely helpful in helping me to re arrange my holiday. I had to cancel due to sickness & was given a voucher. They kept in contact by email until we had it all arranged. Very happy with the service. 😀😀😀😀”

“I had a particular requirement for our stay so emailed customer service and every time received a very prompt friendly, helpful reply. I phoned to confirm the reservation and pay and spoke to Julie, who had stayed at the hotel. She appreciated the potential mobility limitations so before taking payment checked with the hotel and arranged with them for the perfect accommodation according to our needs. 5 STAR PLUS.”
