“The weight loss at the end of the 5 day plan was definitely worth the discomfort of not eating for those days. It should be noted that this is not easy. It's amazing how much joy is sapped from your life by the mere absence of food, I found everything became slightly less pleasurable during the period as my stomach constantly grumbled for something. Being hungry for a week is also a lesson in humility, we take everything for granted, especially food, but once you wake up to life without it for a while I found that, for myself at least, it caused me to savour every mouthful when I returned to eating again. I lost 11lbs in 5 days though which is an awesome kickstart to any diet/training plan. Hard work but very pleased.”

“I needed the Bee Pollen to make a special smoothie designed to help vision. I tried unsuccessfully to find it in local stores but was delighted to find that it was available through Nutriseed on-line. Correspondence with them has been very cordial and the package was delivered within a couple of days. Thank you Nutriseed!”
