“This arrived very quickly and was extremely well packaged. It tastes nice with banana and rice milk but does not fill me up for very long. So far it hasn't helped me lose any weight but it is still early days so we'll see!”

“Loving the almonds, walnuts and dates. The Total Superfoods is good but does not really fit the bill of being a diet food, as does not fill you up ( even with addition of banana and blueberries ) and does make me feel a bit queazy after about half an hour of drinking. Im thinking of mixing with a diet shake mix i have, it does have great ingredients in though.”

“Nutriseed gave a reasonable delivery service, safe packaging etc. They promptly answered A. A question by phone. And B. A Query from me by email. Good service. I have given four stars as I cannot comment on the bee pollen that I ordered as I haven't started it yet. If it as good as the service I received it will be worth 5 stars.”

“Overall the delivery was quick and packaging was nice. I am not convinced that keeps you full until lunch time but definitely i feel more energetic. I am using it with almond milk, banana and few blueberry and it tastes good. I am also adding a table spoon of apple cider vinegar which is very beneficial for weigh loss.”

“I did a 5 day juice cleanse. Overall the juices were varied and tasty, providing the energy I needed to get through the day. I lost 4kg over the 5 days, and felt noticeably lighter and healthier from a digestive point of view. The only negative would be that a few of the bottles didn't seem very well sealed, and ended leaking and creating a small mess in my fridge and freezer.”
