Did not honour the 24hr delivery of order placed ahead of 2pm. In fact stock was not even checked until I prodded them the next day by which time the product should have been in my hands. Product now delivered.

HI Many thanks for your review. I'm a little confused by your review. We check stock and action every order as soon as they received. We try and carry most items in stock, but every now and again we have to get it from the supplier and if possible get it shipped direct. I'm really sorry and please accept my apologies that the goods didn't arrive within the time frame. I hope we can try and do better in the future. Best regards, Kevin

The water carrier I ordered arrived in good tiem and was as described. Unfortunately it was packed in a polythene bag in such a way that as I carefully opened it with a pair of scissors I nicked it making it unuseable. Part of the carrier was rolled into the folded over bag which was the bit I had chosen to open. Too bad - my fault entirely, I should have been more careful knowing what was inside, but it could have been packed in a more appropriate way perhaps.

Hi Martin, Many thanks for your review, I am so sorry that the goods you received got damaged when opening, we have sent 100's of items out in the bags and this is the first time i have know this happen. We will certainly look at the way we pack them up in future, so to avoid this potential happening again in the future. Item as described. But ordered on a Monday so next day delivery didn't happen as it failed to mention during the order process that they were closed on a tuesday

We always try and dispatch goods the same day if possible, but unfortuately you ordered on a Tuesday when the shop is closed and I sincerely apologize as I looked at the wrong address and sent it to your home instead of the office, we now double check every order to try and stop this happening again. NS had the product I wanted and provided clear advice on the phone over the item and delivery timescales. My only concern here is I was asked to write a review of the service before the goods have arrived. Surely good service would ensure the timing of the request coincides with the delivery of the item, or an I just being naïve? Well - lets hope it arrives safe and sound then.....
