“Placed an order for an item which showed as 'in stock' on website and paid for 24 hr delivery. 48 hrs later received an email that the item is not in stock. Sorry for the one star, but very disappointed. I will avoid in the future.”

“My order was a bit of a emergency rush job as going away kayaking. A slight delay in my order as it was out of stock caused me a panic but after phoning NS Watersports & explaining I cannot fault their customer service. They changed method of delivery to ensure it arrived on time.”
