Hi Duncan, thanks for the feedback, I do feel it's a little unfair, as I got the message on 5.30 on Friday the shop closes at 5pm, I was off Saturday and the shop is closed Sunday, so haven't had the opportunity to response till now, I sincerely apologize for the missing piece and have now popped it in the post to you, Please let me know if I can help with anything further. “My Canoe pole arrived within two days despite just opting for basic delivery. The pole appears sturdy and of good quality although I doubt that it would float if dropped in the water. Intially the two halves would not push together because of burring, looking at the package it would appear they were already burred before being shipped. This was easily rectified with a moment's filing. I look forward to trying to pole soon. I will quite likely use this site again.”

Hi Les, Thanks for the feedback, firstly please can I apologize for the non-arrival of the goods as we have dispatched the bag first class post on Monday and only found out the goods haven't arrived when contacted by Les on Thursday, if the goods still haven't arrived by Monday we will of course re-send out, once again please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
