“Very good customer service. I had an issue with the size of a paddle I ordered, I contacted them via phone and was spoke to very quickly and the problem was resolved. My item was delivered the next day. Thanks so much can't wait to get on the water.”

HI Iain, Many thanks for your review, I'm really sorry for the delay in dispatching your item, we had the order the cag from the supplier as we had sold out it was due for the next day delivery (Friday) but unfortunately the courier didn't deliver. As we are closed on a Monday, the cag arrived today and we have dispatched straight away. I will of course refund you the delivery costs as the goods weren't delivered in the time frame quoted. HI, Many thanks for your review, I have spent most of the morning on the phone to the bank to resolve the problem and due to technical glitch (only way they could describe it) Monso will be crediting your account within the next 48hrs, as the monies have never been credited to us.
