“Great products and quick delivery. My only complaint would be £4 postage fo 2 nose clips that fitted into a standard envelope therefore large letter at the most. Other than that will definitely be back for more!”

Hi Angela, Many thanks for your review. Always appreciate it. I just checked your order and we have only charged you £2 for the postage, the nose clips are £6 each and you purchase 2 and the total amount charged was £14. It costs us £1.79 to post as a large letter plus the cost of the bag. Please accept my apologies and please let me know if we can be of any further assistance. Best regards Kevin

“Only part of my order was available but first part came with a hand-written note explaining the problem and that it was getting sorted. Great personal touch. Customer service is clearly not dead. The paddle boots are also great BTW.”

“I ordered 2 items from NS Watersports.. a thermal & a 40l dry bag rucksack. Both items arrived well packaged & very speedily. Unfortunately the dry bag received was only 20l as it was inside an additional bag which was labelled 40l. When I contacted NS they were very apologetic & shipped out the correct bag the next day. Excellent customer service & definitely recommended.”
