booking was a problem. Booked the course and all organised only to be called back 10 minutes later to be told there was in fact no availability and had to start all over again. Course itself - disorganised. Also the course was not actually run by PSS so candidates were confused on arrival as they couldnt find PSS.

Hi Rachel, Thank you for your review, we do our very best to keep all availability live however as dates are on the website these can get booked whilst we are taking bookings over the phone. I have escalated your comments in reference to the venue and course itself as this is not the service which we want our suppliers to be providing. To offer our clients maximum coverage and availability, not all courses are delivered by PSS. All PSS training partners are subject to regular quality checks and assessments. Joining instructions are provided for all bookings with all information delegates need for the course, for courses not delivered directly through PSS this includes training partner name and full address (with map) to help direct delegates on the day. I know that this doesn't help the delegates who have already completed and passed their course, but going forward please be assured your comments will be put to action and help us to improve our service. Your account manager will be in touch on the first day of your next course to make sure everything goes smoothly. If you have any questions before then please do not hesitate to contact us. Project Skills Solution are excellent, easy to book a course through, people attending course's report back that the course's are delivered well. All certificates arrive promtly.

Thank you for leaving a review Paul your card will take 8 weeks, this is because of the awarding body we have no control over this I'm afraid. I can, however, confirm that you have passed the course and your card should be with you in another 6/7 weeks.

the course was very professional and clear and easy to learn. Especially to me. English is not my mother language. The teacher was very friendly his explanations was very clear and understandable. Thank you Wojciech Urban

I only use PSS for our NRSWA courses now. they have locations to suit our field workers all over the country and fast and efficient booking with clear directions and joining instructions.

The service I received from PSS was quick and first rate. All queries were answered straight away which made for a pleasant booking experience. I will definitely be using PSS again.

Diabolical service. Training was booked and paid for in December 2015. First two courses cancelled by PSS two days before course due to commence, as they had not confirmed the course with the trainers. Second time around, one course went as planned, the second course again received a phone call two days before to advise the course had not been confirmed with the trainers, even though we had received confirmation joining instructions. Rebooked again, for a final time, and the day before the course is due to commence the training company rang to cancel the course. Absolutely diabolical service, would NOT recommend.

Hi Nina, I cannot apologise enough for the service you have received. We try our best to avoid cancelling courses and very rarely have to, unfortunately the few occasions we have had to cancel have happened to your booking. This is unacceptable, and at the very least you should have been given more notice. We take our service seriously and we are reviewing the mistakes that lead to this failure to ensure it doesn't happen again. I understand this doesn't make a difference to your order so my colleague will be contacting you directly to find a way to start making amends for the service you have received. Sam
