“Item arrived in a timely manner. Only one little problem measurements given in instructions did not suit my 2019 Mazda . But I was able to adapt and successfully fit.”

“Generally good, with reasonably priced/quality products and prompt response to my enquiry. Failed to gain 5 stars though, as there was no clear acceptance of an issue with their software recommending further accessories which are inappropriate (in my case I additionally purchased a luggage net recommended for my car, only to find it was way too small. Driveden said I could send it back for a refund, but the cost of posting made this prohibitive).”

“Great product, quick delivery, good price, would have been 5 stars but unfortunately the delivery company dumped the product over my back gate during that torrential storm but stated product had been delivered to my neighbour. Was outside in the rain for 3 days.”

“Ordering was straightforward. Given the plethora of different types of fitting, it was very reassuring to know that the mountings were going to be correct for the closed roof rails that are on my particular make and model (Kia E-Niro 2020). Being able to change the delivery destination when I knew I would be out was also helpful. There was a split in the outer packaging (hence 4 *), but no damage or loss to contents of the order.”

“Easy to order on the internet and I was able to change the delivery day to suit myself. The delivery was prompt to the notification that I was given and everything was in perfect condition. Fitting instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only additional knowledge was that fitting the plastic lock assemblies to the roof bars required filing the plastic covers under the roof bars to allow the lock to work.”
