“Prompt service and item delivered next day, even though original order stated 2 to 3 days. Easy to assemble and the roof was secured on the car within 20 mins. Good product and good service. Thank you.”

“Well priced and good prompt delivery. I would have marked 5 but the bike rack was missing a nut. Luckily I had one spare otherwise this would have been a paid and probably would have given a lower rating.”

“everything is fine, fast shipping and good product quality, but as it is in practice, the rails can be heard when driving faster, despite the fact that they are streamlined in the description and adapted to reduce air resistance. you generally hear like hell”

“Nice clear website well explained. Easy checkout. All good! Great communication from Drive Den with order confirmation, dispatch and tracking numbers all provided. The next day Fed Ex delivery (weekday delivery due on a Friday) however didn't work as promised, and the item arrived the following week. Not the end of the world but worth considering whether to pay the extra! Overall though a good company to purchase from and I will use again :-)”

“Fixed point roof bars, are good quality. instructions for fitting could be better, they mentioned tightening the bolts in Nm which you will need to have you have a torque wrench to tighten the fixings,”

“All the bits arrived, but, the assembly instructions were slightly harder to follow. No clear directions on what you should be looking for or how to adjust if it’s not correct. Otherwise this review would have been a 5 star.”

“The roof bars were easy to assemble, but I did encounter a problem when I fitted them to the car. I followed the instructions but unfortunately the angle on one of the feet wasn’t correct resulting in the bar pinging from the car. Following a small adjustment the bars are now secure. The bars look good and the instructions were clear just be careful of the angle of the lip on the feet.”
