“Timely delivery, all pieces included plus others not needed. Instructions add that 80km/h is the max speed with a roof Box. Not sure I knew this when I purchased the bars but will adhere to the recommendations”

“Excellent service in everything bar one aspect. Genuine kit and very good price and quick despatch after ordering. Thank you very much - highly recommended. The one thing lacking is a phone number for customer use, which means that queries have to be emailed in and in my case it took two emails to get a reply. A Phone line would make it gold standard.”

“Pros: Quality is quite good (Cannot say 100% perfect fit, around 90%-95%, need some technique to make it very fit). Cons: 1) User's manual is not very clear. 2) Not very easy to install. It needed some tricks to install (tighten all screws by 70-80%, then use your experience to adjust it and tighten the screws to 100% tight). Suggest they made a video or made a more detailed colour user's manual instead of the black and white very simple installation guide.”

“A good product at a reasonable price, quickly delivered and packaged well. However when unravelled the mat remained curled up on the one corner and is resisting any attempt to straighten it. My hope is that with time and warmer weather it will lay flat. The mat itself appears well made and should last. Maybe the manufacturers should look at other ways of packaging!!”
