“I was extremely pleased with kind co-operation of your sales official who very quickly was able to pick up my last order and then assure me that the same old key of the previous order for Brass 50 mm lock would operate. “A good quality, weatherproof combination padlock (CP50). However, given that combination locks are often used in areas with multiple users, the fact that you need to press the button on the base of the lock in order to open it is not ideal. The use of the button is not intuitive & a "press to open" notification on the lock would be helpful. When setting a new combination, the numbers have to be exactly in line. It sounds obvious enough, but I found it easy to have a number just very slightly out of alignment when setting it, so that when I set the same number to open the lock, it failed to open. This mystified me, until I inadvertantly move the offending digit a fraction to one side & the lock opened.”
