“This company is second to none , my purchase went missing, got in touch , and they could not be more sympathetic if they tried . My problem was resolve there and then , even the manager phoned me and all for a £30 lock ...Amazing company ..”

“I work for a UK Fire Service supplies team and I've made several small orders for various padlocks; and the quality of the padlocks have always been excellent. Also when we had an issue with one of the padlocks we ordered the company replaced the padlock without any issues. Excellent customer service provider.”

“After contacting the company again after ten years or more since I purchased padlocks from them they couldn’t have been more helpful. They provided me with more padlocks that I could still use my original key with. And they also arranged for some high security padlocks to be serviced free of charge. Fantastic service and exceptional in this day and age.”
