“I was impressed with first the help I got on the chat line and then a telephone conversation with the technical help. By getting a replacement lock with same key as ones we bought two years ago prevented us having to buy a new lock with 50 keys for a side gate at our allotments I would certainly recommend Nothing but Padlocks to friends and family.
