“Excellent service - I ordered 60 same keyed and they arrived next day. I then needed another 25 and was worried that they would not be identical to the first order. I copied all the code no's carefully and they arrived next day and were indeed identical.”

“I ordered a single padlock from "Nothing bit Padlocks". The order was quickly and efficiently processed. The lock was for use on the traffic barrier which closes off our church car park from the busy A52. We were finding evidence of lovers trysts, litter and other anti-social behaviour going on at the rear of the building. Since fitting the lock this activity has come to an end. I was pleased with the service and the product.”

“Awesome company. I needed some new padlocks keyed alike to match some I ordered from them a few years ago. The new padlocks, although the same make, were a different size. But this was no trouble and they had records of my previous order which made the new order extremely simple. Delivery was really quick too. A pleasure to deal with them.”

“Maybe not the cheapest, but, in my opinion, the best padlocks I have ever bought. My use needed a number of padlocks, and the availability of keyed-alike meaning only one key, and not several to rummage through, was perfect.”

“Regrettably, I will not be able to use the combination padlock I bought from you. The ring that the padlock fits in is horizontal and set waist height. Because the line to align the numbers so you can open the padlock is on the "flat" side of the lock, I have to crouch down to see to be able to unlock. Not a major problem as such but at 71 years old, getting up again is usually a creaky problem. If the required alignment was on the edge of the lock, (at right angles to the current arrangement) it would be so much easier and I could not find a combination padlock that offers this. As a retired tool-maker, I think this would not be too difficult. Business opportunity here! Thanks for the opportunity to offer my opinion. Steve Ripley.”

The Squire CP range from which you ordered have been a very popular option for many years but I empathise with the awkwardness of the dials on the 'flat' side. Please take a look at the Shield MC40 marine grade padlock which has the dials on the edge of the lock as you requested - it also won 'best in test' when reviewed by Practical Boat Owner magazine. https://www.padlocks.co.uk/products/weather-proof-padlocks/shield-marine-combination-padlock We try our best to offer customers as much information as possible prior to them making a purchase through product descriptions and images on the website, online chat through the website as well as e-mail and telephone contact. “I bought a set of keyed alike padlocks from NBP for my last boat and these performed perfectly, even after 13,000 miles of sailing in all conditions. When I changed my boat, I quickly tired of the hotchpotch of padlocks securing the cockpit lockers. If one needed to access something in a hurry, the faffing about with all the colour coded keys not just exasperating, but probably dangerous, so I bought a new set of keyed alike padlocks form NBP. I am delighted with them and am sure they will give many years of service. They are not cheap, but they are ideal for the job.”
