I’m still waiting on my items as there’s a delay on delivery with Royal Mail. Can’t really say much to be honest.

Hi Craig, Unfortunately due to the ongoing strikes with Royal Mail there have been some delays with deliveries which have been out of our control. Your order was shipped in good faith the following day after you placed your order. I can see this is currently due to be delivered today. I'm very sorry for the delay with your delivery. Unfortunately I had a negative experience due to the company’s insistence on using sub standard delivery systems- Royal Mail on this occasion. Having said that the product was superb and packaged with care and love.

We are looking into alternative delivery methods however we have used Royal Mail for over 10 years and this is the first time we are experiencing these issues due to their strikes. Hi Jonathan, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately as explained on the phone we started that jacket from size 38 and when we contacted Belstaff they didn't have any size 36 available in their wholesale stock. I can see we received the jacket back on Tuesday and a full refund was processed on Wednesday morning. We hope to see you shopping with us again soon and we will make a concerted effort to purchase size 36UK in the future so you have some choice on our website. Kind Regards Emma

The hat I ordered wasn't what I wanted, oddly was way too big even for my cranium! Fair play to Emma for helping out and the refund arrived soon enough, actually decent customer service,unlike some places I've used

Only issue was someone signed for my parcel with just a first name and no address?? I have to stressfully try and find out who it was. It was a painter/decorator i dont even know. So delivery person i may not have received this due to one name no address.

Hi, We ship our orders using Royal Mail's tracked and signed for delivery. Unfortunately, this is down to Royal Mail to ask for the surname of who signed for the parcel. The bag I bought seemed to have poor stitching, where people thought it was actually a copy Arrived with nit box just it a bag with a few hard stained which I had to wash off

Great price for a Hugo Boss long-sleeved polo but ordered a medium and was sent a large. Didn’t have time to return it so made do. Please check your despatches carefully Norton Barrie!

Good afternoon Helen, As per our emails, the order this review relates to was placed with the size 'large' selected and therefore this was dispatched. If the medium was indeed required we can certainly arrange for an exchange to be made. In our communication, you provided a screenshot of an older order placed in December 2020 for a different item in a size medium. Good morning, I apologise for any confusion caused. However, we can assure you that a full refund was processed back to the original payment method (Visa Card) on 02/07/21. Our 'Credit Memo' confirmation email detailed this, however, I can understand how this may have been confused, we will work to reword this email to save any future confusion. You will see your refund reflected in your bank account once the credit has cleared with your bank after 1-3 working days. Kind regards, Matt

Product Great. Shipper sucks and when I emailed Norton Barrie for alternate shipping options in the future I was told there isn't any. So, no more purchases from me with them.

We are currently using DHL Express for all our international orders due to their excellent reliability and speed throughout the global pandemic. As per our email correspondence, we apologise on behalf of Royal Mail regarding the 1-day delivery delay experienced. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 restrictions, delays have been more common as couriers work through increased parcel volumes with a reduced workforce. Purchased t-shirt arrived without correct packaging or certification, so cant be sure its authentic, customer service were quick to respond and make a compromise, fast delivery and good communication. Fingers crossed it was just an unfortunate mistake.

I ordered Sunday before Christmas and received Christmas Eve which I was soo chuffed with but when I came to open I had been sent shorts with a hooded top not the pants which I ordered so would of been perfect If I had of received the right items x
