The bag I bought seemed to have poor stitching, where people thought it was actually a copy Arrived with nit box just it a bag with a few hard stained which I had to wash off

Great price for a Hugo Boss long-sleeved polo but ordered a medium and was sent a large. Didn’t have time to return it so made do. Please check your despatches carefully Norton Barrie!

Good afternoon Helen, As per our emails, the order this review relates to was placed with the size 'large' selected and therefore this was dispatched. If the medium was indeed required we can certainly arrange for an exchange to be made. In our communication, you provided a screenshot of an older order placed in December 2020 for a different item in a size medium. Good morning, I apologise for any confusion caused. However, we can assure you that a full refund was processed back to the original payment method (Visa Card) on 02/07/21. Our 'Credit Memo' confirmation email detailed this, however, I can understand how this may have been confused, we will work to reword this email to save any future confusion. You will see your refund reflected in your bank account once the credit has cleared with your bank after 1-3 working days. Kind regards, Matt

Product Great. Shipper sucks and when I emailed Norton Barrie for alternate shipping options in the future I was told there isn't any. So, no more purchases from me with them.

Good afternoon Gregory, As per our previous correspondence, we are sorry to hear that DHL are not your preferred courier to deliver to Canada. We are currently using DHL Express for all our international orders due to their excellent reliability and speed throughout the global pandemic. Good morning Robert, We are delighted that you were impressed by our packaging and customer service. As per our email correspondence, we apologise on behalf of Royal Mail regarding the 1-day delivery delay experienced. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 restrictions, delays have been more common as couriers work through increased parcel volumes with a reduced workforce. Purchased t-shirt arrived without correct packaging or certification, so cant be sure its authentic, customer service were quick to respond and make a compromise, fast delivery and good communication. Fingers crossed it was just an unfortunate mistake.

I ordered Sunday before Christmas and received Christmas Eve which I was soo chuffed with but when I came to open I had been sent shorts with a hooded top not the pants which I ordered so would of been perfect If I had of received the right items x

I ordered 2 items. They came separately so I assume they came from separate locations. One of my items was folded and wrapped really carefully the other not so much & arrived in a ball. The items however were great and I was overall happy with my purchase. I was updated with every step via email & my items were delivered on the date stated.

Speedy service and delivery. My only criticism is my disappointment that the products I bought were not in their original packaging/boxing. I bought them as a gift and had i bought them from the original shop they would have come with all the packaging which was what i expected here. I cant fault the products though. Exactly as I expected and I would definitely purchase from here again.

The beanie hat ordered arrives from the manufacturer in a clear, unbranded, cellophane wrapper designed to prevent damage during storage or transit. We typically remove this before wrapping in presentation tissue paper for delivery to the customer.
