“I spoke with Andy on a Tuesday at 3pm to order my Magimix Food Processor, it was delivered to my home in the west of Ireland on Wednesday morning at 10.30am. Absolutely "Box office Gold" service. “I must say my purchase of the Masterbuilt 800 Gravity grill was so straight forward after Andy answering my questions regarding the availability of parts and the importers of the grill who are a reputable Irish company. The service and delivery was first class which I was kept informed of as there was a slight mixup They are a really customer focused company and I have no problem in recommending them. I have bought the cover from them afterwards even though they were a few euro dearer than other companies but with free delivery and reliability of service it is more than worth it.”
