Easy to order and came very promptly. If you are not a bike mechanic it took a long time to assemble as the handle bars, front brakes, and front wheel were all disassembled. Very poor instructions, dangerously so in the case of the front wheel locking hook (no instructions in the box at all). Still working on getting the front brakes right.
