Richard Minns took great care to ensure Dad (who is profoundly deaf) understood all the options. They didn\u2019t add on unnecessary charges but quickly delivered a premium product (a Platinum Ergo). The installer (Ronnie Smallwood) was polite and careful and the stair lift fits in so well - it\u2019s not obstructive at all. It was all done in a a couple of weeks and has made life so much easier. It\u2019s quiet, smooth and efficient. \r\nCompared to other outfits that we contacted online\/on the phone these guys had a showroom we could go and see the choices. We have no hesitation recommending this firm and this stairlift. "
