“I have a 3 year subscription already and it is outrageous that you make me sign up for another one to have to cancel it again. Very annoying, I have 4 pieces of your gym equipment before this purchase. If I didn’t have those already I wouldn’t have bought thus. You need to make your software have an option where existing customers don’t need to signup again!”
