“I called a number of times and used the online chat to speak with someone prior to ordering and spent upwards of 40 minutes on hold. I received no reply from the online chat which is very disappointing. It doesn't fill me with confidence if I ever need customer support.”

“Its has been more than ONE WEEK that the nordictrack website has been unable to resove their issue with adding product installation to a purchase. Despite severals calls to Customer Service, there is NO ETA and no mechanism for taking the installation requests manually. I do not understand how a company like this is willing to lose £200 becausethey cannot fix their site and they cannot think outisde of the box. Apalling.”
