“Well the UK website for NordicTrack is rather poor, took me two days to purchase off their website. Their payment system flagged across two of my credit cards, causing me to continually ask for the site to be unblocked to allow payment. No information from NordicTrack, they didn't answer their phone or their webchat service. If the product itself wasn't highly rated, I would have bought something else. Not a good buying experience in 2023, when the vast majority of online sites are way easier to navigate and complete”
