“Love my new Nordic track treadmill!! Second time I’ve purchased one . Delivery was well organised with regular updates , and a phone call when 15 mins away . Treadmill is gym quality. Amazing incline and really like the fan . Really enjoy my runs already losing body fat and just feeling so much better!! Thanks for a great product again”

“NordicTrack have been professional, supportive and extremely kind from the start of my enquiry. I am totally overwhelmed by their support. The product is exactly as described although it did take quite awhile to put together! A little tricky but well worth taking the time. Definitely recommend NordicTrack. Thank you so much.”

“Built pretty good for home use to be honest, I was expecting something flimsy at first, but was suprised a lot during the assembly! I expect it to last very long(couple of years at minimum) under daily usage by one person. Definitely recommended !”

“I have had the elliptical trainer for around a month. The machine is very high quality as was nordiktracks service. I use it for around 40 minutes a day along with healthy eating I have lost 13lbs already. Just get it and USE it, its a life changer.”

“UPDATE: Within 10 minutes of writing the review. I had a call from Icon. It appears my order had unfortunately slipped through the net, so to speak. In less than 30 minutes the order has been confirmed and ETA agreed. Josh from Icon / NordicTrack had arranged everything and my order was ready to be delivered by their third party distribution team the next day. Have to say, great service, and faith is restored. Will be placing another order to purchase a cross trainer! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I can't write a review as I'm still waiting for my order to arrive! Icon Europe / Icon Health & Fitness who appear to fulfill Nordic Track orders in the UK were quick enough to debit my card, but it's been over a week and I'm still waiting for confirmation on delivery ETA. Two calls to Icon and apparently the Courier will be in touch. Slightly disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service! Icon you need to do better!”

I am very sorry that the first experience with ourselves was negative especially with the delivery service. I'm glad we managed to get this resolved however and that you enjoy the machine you have ordered. As per my last chat with the installers I am happy to say that the machine will be now assembled ready for yourself to start cracking on with the iFit workouts. “Fantastic high quality piece of kit. Great versatility of settings. Reasonably easy build although note need to pay extra for the i- fit programme to use the full offer of the system. Great service and delivered as expected. Will use Nordic again.”

“Arrived on time within the delivery window I was given. Expected to take a while to put together after reading other reviews but found it quite easy. Hardest bit was getting it out of the box!! The in built fan developed a fault within the first week of use but a replacement console was despatched immediately I reported it, arriving the next day. Unfortunately We discovered that a wire was trapped in the frame so had to call an engineer out. Again he arrived promptly and the issue was sorted out. We,re now looking to enjoy using it on a daily basis.”

Hello Richard, Its Josh from NordicTrack. Thank you very much for a great and honest review! Must admit even I found assembly of our machines slightly daunting! We do try make it as simple as possible; user manual has pictures for each step of the assembly journey, no power tools required and everything is labeled! Just the wires can be just that little bit tricky but I'm glad our customer services managed to get the fan up and running!
