“The buying process from start to finish was professional and pain free and the price with the ifit module and the discount voucher was unbeatable. The people at IKON were helpful and accommodating. Panther organised an earlier delivery spot so we could have the T16 delivered on the Friday having only ordered it on the Monday, much to the delight of my children. Thanks for a great product and we love if it and running anywhere we want to in the world Many thanks The CAs”

“The machine is silent. My son can sleep as we train in the same room. The company was prompt at the delivery. We have already loved the machine.”

“This is an excellent bit of kit. To be able to run anywhere in the world with the gradients adjusted automatically by the machine is magic. It is a very heavy treadmill though, so I recommend you pay the extra and have it delivered to the room in which you want it and have it assembled. There were three guys putting mine together and it took them an hour.”

“I am delighted with my NordicTrack crosstrainer. Had it for Christmas and have used it nearly every day. I am amazed at how much fitter I have become in such a short time. Especially as I'm no spring chicken!”

“We ordered the X9i to help us train for an ultra triathlon that will have us running up Mt Snowdon as part of the run. It is awesome to be able to add this as a route so we can attack the areas we need. So far we are loving both the machine and its integration with iFit. It's a big unit and comes in a big box! The delivery went well though and the delivery man did a great job getting it to where we wanted it.”

“Excellent product....really pleased. Quite a challenge for two more mature ladies to assemble, partly because there was a fair bit to do but mainly as product weighs so much, but instructions were good. Would buy from this company again...but would pay for installation!! LOL.”

“I rang the sales desk to order my exercise bike, the man I spoke to was so helpful and polite. He answered all my questions regarding delivery , assembly etc. The delivery guys were also polite and asked where I'd like the bike to be put. My husband put the bike together and although there are loads of parts we found the instructions clear and easy to use. Fab service.”

“Bought the Nordictrack E10.0 cross trainer. Overall is a top quality piece of kit, no complaints on the service from Nordictrack or the build quality of the equipment. Features are all there, compatible to others with the added bonus of the incline feature. You can alter all the parameters manually or use the inbuilt workouts. Two downsides, if you want to use the features fully you need to factor in the cost of an ifit module, it would be nice to have the option to create your own workouts without this additional cost. The other is its size and weight but this reflects in the quality and operation .”

“Initial delivery delays were quickly resolved and the product arrived soon afterwards. I bought the delivery and set-up service which was essential for the cross-trainer I purchased. The team set it up quickly and gave me a quick demo. Now all the family are using the machine. Thanks.”

“Product is excellent. Easily assembled and very sturdy to use. We have 3 people using it and it adjusts easily to suit us all. The only issue was with the delivery which was on a pallet in the driveway versus ground floor delivey in the description - it is a very heavy unit to move in its box with the packing before the moving wheels are attached.”

“Good compact machine. not as big as you might think. Very solid. Very hard work at the moment. Needs loosening up as I can go for 40 minutes on cross trainers at the gym. I can barely manage 5 on this”
