“I called to enquire about a treadmill and from the discussion I had it would have been easy to walk away and not continue with the purchase. I was enquiring about the returns policy and Christmas delivery and the person I spoke to did not try to encourage me and hung up without asking me any questions at all. You could have almost lost the sale. The website is easy to use though”
