I bought my Nordictrack 1750 Treadmill in November 2025. It was delivered on 12/5. The treadmill was great and did everything I needed it to; however, the Ifit system was corrupted and they needed to send me a new monitor. This was on 12/22 so I was only able to use the machine for a couple of weeks. I get the replacement piece a couple of weeks later and the product is nearly impossible to put together without certain tools due to the locations of the screws. I ask for a service tech to come out and help to fix it on 1/13/26 and one gets scheduled for 2/5/26, almost a month later. On 2/4/26 I get a text saying the tech is sick and can't make it and I will get notified when one can come back out. I call customer service and all they can do is try and escalate it and nothing else. When someone spends this much money and they have to wait this long to get something fixed that broke within two weeks of having the product you think they would get better service, but they don't. Like I said they product is great when working, but customer service and service time should be way better when someone spends as much as they do on these products.

I bought a Nordic Track EXP 10i a little under two years ago and, due to poor workmanship, the metal frame on the machine snapped in two. I asked for an engineer to come out and he confirmed that it was very shoddy workmanship. Nordic Track will not do anything about this as it is "out of warranty" but my view is that this is a very expensive piece of kit that was not welded with any care in the first instance. So my advice is do not buy, save up and buy something a little more robust and professionally made.
