Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

Unfortunately this item hasn’t been delivered. It’s been 1 month since ordering. Customer service has been extremely poor! Due to the fact you can’t contact them. Would highly recommend avoiding noa and Nani at all costs.

So disappointed with my purchase. We still haven’t received the bed in full and I get an email to ask me to review the bed!? Is this some sort of a joke?! No one to call and talk. They only reply back to emails whenever they feel like. I asked for their complaint procedure a few times no one is coming back to me. They took the money straight away 2 weeks ago. I paid for express delivery which was supposed to be next day but out of 3 boxes, 2 boxes delivered. One box which was containing the bed fences apparently got lost by the transport company! Without the bed fences we can’t build the bed. They slide into the corner posts. They are fundamental part of the structure. Our house turned into a mess. My 6 year old son has been sweeping on the mattress, on the floor since. And their customer service isn’t helping at all. Don’t bother with this company, don’t order from them. Save yourselves stress and hassle. I want people to be aware of what they will be dealing with before ordering. Honestly don’t do it.

Have not received the drawers, no response to emails, phone line not in operation and courier service not responding!!! So frustrating. Bank raising a dispute to refund me! DO NOT USE!!!

Unfortunately the wrong item was delivered last week. I have emailed about it twice but no one has replied and there is no phone number to call. So I’m afraid I would have to say my review is pretty terrible!

My bed was delivered a week ago and still no mattress spoke to numerous people who keep telling me the mattress will get delivered next day this is over a week now and still no mattress! There’s no communication can’t phone anyone with problems I advise don’t buy from here!

The wrong item was sent. The customer service is appalling, just delay tactics, the correct item has apparently now been ‘requested’… still not even ordered. I recommend avoiding this company.

This must be an actual joke because I haven’t received my item yet. I get an email at 10.30pm to say my order will be delivered next and another email at 10.31pm to say it was attempted (which was not the case) and it’s been sitting in the Depot since. No idea what’s going on. Already disputed with my credit card company.

One of the worst services I have ever used!! I am still waiting after 4 WEEKS of purchasing the triple bunk bed for the headboard package to arrive!! This was supposed to be a Christmas present for the kids which they were really excited about. The worst part is I was told the delivery service will deliver this week, after contacting the delivery service XDP, they said to contact the supplier as they have not been sent a package to deliver by the supplier!!!! I then contacted Noa and Nani and have not heard from them in nearly a week!! Very disappointed and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Will be chasing them for my money back !!!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!????????? Asked to write a review on an order that never arrived!!!!!!!!!!!! And getting ignored via call / email / social media when I demand a refund! I’ve been ghosted by this company! They owe me £100 avoid like the plague!!!!

I've received an email to write a review about a product I do not have. We purchased this bed for our sons birthday, paid for a specific date for the bed to be delivered, only to receive 3 out of the 4 boxes. The company have refunded the delivery charge, but we are yet to find out what's going on regarding the parcel. This is now day 3. Our son is sleeping on his mattress on the floor and I'm concerned how long this is going to go on for. If you have the missing parcel just send it, if you don't a refund would be much appreciated. I won't bother uploading a picture as requested, think 3 boxes are pretty disappointing to look at.

It has been two weeks and I have still not received my order. I have e mailed to find out what is happening with my order but have not heard back. There is no contact number so no other way of contacting them. Really disappointed with the service received

Received an email to say the trundle is out of stock and they can issue me a partial refund and have sent the remaining parts. If I only wanted ea single bed I would have ordered one. Very very silly poor choice. Full refunded requested and I will not be paying postage to return.

We now have 2 of these after giving one to our eldest daughter 2 years ago and have just given our youngest daughter one for Xmas as part of a new bedroom makeover. Things didn't get off to a great start when i started to build the bed and suddenly realised they had delivered 2 identical boxes (box's 2 of 2) rather than 2 different box's (box 1 of 2 & 2 of 2) which set me into panic mode with only 5 days to Xmas & it looking like my daughter would have a new bedroom without a bed for Xmas (having nightmares of daugther having a meltdown on Xmas day!). However i raised the issue with customer service and despite the item being out of stock they managed to locate the missing box on their warehouse & urgently couriered me a replacement box so i was able to build in time for Xmas & arranged a separate courier to collect the duplicate box that was shipped. Amazing customer service from Mollie!

It's 1st time we deal with this website, it's a little bit confusing, at the beginning, I wanted a full bed (Dorset&Trundle), and the exact correct size for the mattresses, I ordered by mistake 2 spacesaver Trundle, without Dorset, thinking they were mattresses, and 1 trundle for astrid, thinking it was the Dorset, anyways, the delivery was very quick, they say it's gonna be delivered between 7-15days, it comes next day, so we were very happy and excited for the new bed, as my kids were sleeping in mattresses, in the floor, when we mounted the items, we found out that, both items were trundles, without Dorset, (just to let you know the slats are 15, not 12, and you will need 2-4 extra screws), and 1 of the items (the trundle for astrid), was missing, we never received it, we only recieved the slats, it's been lost with driver on the way, and on top of that, the item was out of stock, they couldn't send another one, however, it's very hard to talk with them, as they only have email, and no other ways to contact with them, like phone or chat, and on top of that, they answer you in 2 days, anyways, after this huge understanding and mistake, and long days and time waiting, we finally could fix this problem, we order the correct items (Dorset and 2 correct mattresses sizes 1 for Dorset, and 1 for trundle), also delivery was so quick, they come at next day, and they arrange a courier for us, to take the items we order by mistake, and they return as the money quickly, between 5-10 days, we leave the trundles at the floor, with old mattresses and duvets, so kids doesn't sleep on the floor, till the correct items we order arrived, then we dismount 1 of the trundles, put it back on original boxes, and the courier take them, the trundle was very easy to mount, it didn't take long, but the Dorset was a little bit harder, it takes longer, but at the end, after all this problem and misunderstanding, were very glad we could fix it, and they're really been very nicely and very helpful, and we're very happy with the items, and mattresses they're really very comfy, we really recommend this website, and for sure we're gonna used it back on the future.
