“Professional service, the element arrived well-packaged and was easy to install in an old NEFF oven. We bought this one as it was an original EGO, though there are elements half that price - did this in the hope it will work as long as the NEFF original (15 years). Saved the old oven from the landfill, it woprks fine”

“The only fault I have was with the website, which lead me to order the wrong part in the first place. I typed in my oven make and knew that it was a 2000w then a picture of the element for that oven at 2000w came up. I bought that. It was wrong when it arrived. The only way to get the correct part is to put in the serial number. The website should be changed so that it does not offer up possibilities by the route I took. On the phone the assistant solved the problem very well, but the mistake meant that I ended up paying postage return and send again - twice more than I would have done if the part had been correct the first time. An extra £7 onto the cost.”
