“Despite listing saying filters were compatible with our cooker hood model, it was obvious as soon as we saw them that were not correct. We were given return number and a link to the correct product. However, it was going to cost a fortune as, having paid for original delivery, we will then have to pay the return postage and I assume will be charged delivery again for the replacement. We will return the wrong ones but doubtful we will reorder as, having followed their listing, we feel it was not our mistake.”

The compatible model and serial number information is listed in the product description, which is why we provided a returns number and a link to the correct filters. I do understand your frustration. Once the original filters are returned to us, we will refund the order including the original delivery charge. “Perfect service, I was trying to source new brushes for washing machine and after a simple online chat via WhatsApp the exact brushes I needed were recommended for me by Andrew and an easy to click link. Also made a mistake on checkout and only opted for standard normal delivery when in fact I needed express delivery. This was sorted promptly and all I had to pay was the extra but obviously I was within the time of ordering before it was dispatched. Brushes received, fitted on machine, machine works = wife happy = I’m happy . Will definitely use again and highly recommend.”
