“I ordered an element which according to the product search said was compatible with my Whirlpool oven, but unfortunately when it arrived, it didn't fit. However, NI Spares were really quick to respond and organize the return. Overall, a good site, with reasonable prices and quick delivery, so I would recommend them - just make sure you double check the item you're replacing if its a generic rather than branded product. Just to stress, it wasn't NI Spares fault that the part didn't fit - if I had looked at the image and compared it to the existing element, I would have seen that the fixing plate was different!”
