“Last week my seven year old tumble dryer stopped working. I immediately thought about just ordering a new one considering it's age but I thought I'd see if I could fix myself. After looking at a few YouTube videos I diagnosed the faulty component and searched online. NI Spares was one of the first companies that appeared in the search results. I checked the availability and ordered the part. It was easy to confirm the correct part number. It was dispatched and delivered very quickly, ordered on Saturday evening and delivered on Wednesday. I had a question and spoke to the owner by telephone. He was very informative and friendly and gave me a lot of helpful advice. The replacement part was installed and now I have a working dryer for less than twenty quid and only a few days downtime. Excellent service from a local company and happy to recommend to anyone.👍 Lloyd”
