“Firstly, I normally never do online reviews, but I received such good service from NI Spares that on this occasion, I thought that I would. My Zanussi fan oven element broke, and my oven model had 4 possible part numbers, depending on which sub model oven I had. I contacted NI Spares via What's App, and they came back to me quickly with a website link for the correct replacement part. I duly ordered the recommended genuine part and also chose next day delivery, as we were without an oven. I received an email from NI Spares when they posted it, together with my parcels tracking number. As the item had been posted via Royal Mail we didn't hold out much hope of receiving the item the next day, being rural our local post isn't good at the best of times. To our amazement, we received the part in less than 24 hours from when I ordered it, so exceptional service from NI Spares and Royal Mail. The part was fitted in reverse order to its removal and the oven is now working perfectly again. I can highly recommend NI Spares and will definitely use them again.”
