“I ordered a fan motor, it arrived ...but realised too late that the heating element was also dead....it wasn't economical to continue the repair so the part was returned an amended refund organised....the new fan blade has been damaged by my electrician apparently & will have to be replaced...which is absolutely fine & the correct thing to do...Andrew runs a well organised, efficient & friendly supply service & he'll be my first port of call when other parts are needed in the future”
