“Part was exactly what I wanted and needed. Shame that the delivery is misleading. It does not matter how much delivery costs you pay your item will still arrive via Royal Mail. So do not pay extra delivery costs expecting it to come with DPD!”

Hello Kerry, I'm not sure what was misleading about the delivery. The delivery option you selected was - Express Delivery ( by Tuesday, Dec. 20 ). I can see from the tracking that your order was delivered and signed for on Tuesday 20th December at 11:53am We have never offered a DPD shipping option to your location. Regards, Elaine

“Part was exactly how it was described on the website so perfect in that respect. Only slight issue was delivery. As I paid for dpd next day on Sunday evening but the part didn't arrive until Wednesday afternoon. So was without my oven for a little longer than expected. That aside, I would recommend NI spares for sure.”
